South East Asia, Part Two

And for our next adventure, we are heading to SE Asia again this time visiting the areas that we couldn't see on the last trip.  This trip will include visits to Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Borneo, Philippines and Hong Kong.  We also are aiming to hook up with some friends, who will be retired at that point - Unfathomable!

We leave January 11 and in the meantime, I am, somewhat obsessively,  researching the area.  I love this part of the trip; planning adventures, booking all types of transportation, and of course food research - that's the best part.  We come home April 4th.

Brenda/Jon...this is a test message, as I seem to have lost my first send.

Hi guys...sounds like the start of your journey has started out great. I'm sure the upcoming three months will be as memorable. Winter is here...wish we were there. See if you can track down a squash court in your journeys to keep the rust off your game. Since you've got time on your hands, the following link is to a great article written in The New Yorker, titled Squash and the Midlife Slump. It's entertaining, and in many cases quite relevant. Enjoy your tour. Cheers...Tim & Leslie.
